Beautiful day, beautiful couple!! The first wedding to kick off 2007 was more than we could have asked for. It was a pleasant 75 degree day in the Burgh with some of the most awesome people one wedding party could have. The day started in the salon with all the girls prettying themselves while the men did...well, we don't know what they did. All we know is that when we got to the church they were as handsome as we had expected. The ceremony was a traditional Catholic ceremony held at Madonna Del Castello in Swissvale, PA. We photographed Lauren and Stan along with their bridal party at the ever impressive Carnegie Mellon University. The tall stone pillars and numerous steps made for some very dramatic formal photographs. Then it was off to the Greensburg Country Club where the party really got started. The club was decorated so elegantly and we were hard pressed to find someone without a smile on their face. It is obvious they have family and friends galore who love them dearly and after spending 14 hours with them, we found ourselves falling in love with them as well. Thanks to you, Lauren and Stan, for letting us share your day and starting our season off right. We wish you so much happiness in the years to come.
